Job Description

The Sales Director will be responsible for establishing and leading Salesforce CRM Consulting Services across the APAC and US markets. This role demands a strong entrepreneurial leader with deep expertise in Salesforce solutions and a proven track record of developing sales functions within Indian and global enterprise and mid-market segments. The primary focus will be driving revenue growth, building and nurturing client relationships, and scaling operations to capture emerging market opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

8+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, ideally within Salesforce CRM consulting services.

Deep knowledge of Salesforce products, with a strong network within the Salesforce ecosystem, including enterprise clients and channel partners.

Proven success in an individual contributor sales role specializing in strategic alliances or partner sales.

Strong understanding of alliance management, solution selling, and consultative sales techniques.

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with experience engaging C-level executives.

Demonstrated ability to independently develop and execute strategic account development plans.
