Job Description

  • Develop and manage financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
  • Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to drive strategic business decisions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports to senior management.
  • Evaluate and enhance existing financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support business units in achieving financial targets through data-driven recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Assist in strategic initiatives, including cost optimization and investment analysis.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager FP&A should have:

  • CA with 3+ years of work experience
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools.
  • Experience in the media, agency, or publishing industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey financial insights effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
