About the department
Congress Excellence - Global Medical Affairs, Product & Portfolio Strategy, headquartered in Denmark, is part of Global Business Services (GBS) in Bangalore, India. The team comprises highly motivated project managers responsible for both onsite and digital congress planning and execution, alongside a dedicated graphic designer and copywriter. In close collaboration with the Global Medical Affairs teams in Denmark, we deliver clear, evidence-based scientific and medical communications about our products to the external scientific community. Our mission is to design and co-create exemplary engagement across all congress activities that support lead generation and increase visibility of Novo Nordisk congress initiatives. We operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on collaboration and teamwork.
