Role Overview
We're hiring a GlobalProgram Manager who loves solving problems, scaling processes, and working with smart people. You'll own delivery excellence for assigned subject categories and build a high-quality tutor network that can serve learners across global markets. This role combines program ownership and team leadership, and sits at the intersection of operations, analytics, process design, and cross-functional execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale the tutor supply for assigned categories in the US, Canada, and the UK
- Drive end-to-end execution: process design, data analysis, performance monitoring, quality improvements
- Partner with Operations, Growth, and Product teams to solve real on-ground challenges
- Lead a small team, driving performance and outcomes
What We're Looking For
- 24 years of experience in operations, supply roles in a Startup.
- B.Tech from IIT/NIT or a Tier-1 institute from 2021/22/23 batch.
- Strong analytical skills (Excel is a must)
- Someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Ownership mindset, bias for action, and a get things done attitude
- Comfortable working in US shift timings (workday starts at 2 PM IST)
