Role Overview
We're hiring a Program Manager who loves solving problems, scaling processes, and working with smart people. You'll own delivery excellence for assigned subject categories and build a high-quality tutor network that can serve learners across global markets.
This role is a mix of operations, analytics, process design, and cross-functional execution perfect for someone who likes end-to-end ownership and moving fast.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale the tutor supply base for assigned categories
- Acquire, screen, onboard, and improve the performance of subject experts across the US, Canada, and the UK
- Drive end-to-end execution: process design, data analysis, performance monitoring, quality improvements
- Partner with Operations, Growth, Product, and Student Experience teams to solve real on-ground challenges
- Lead and coach a small team, driving performance and outcomes
What We're Looking For
- 13 years of experience in operations, consulting, category management, or marketplace roles
- Strong analytical skills (Excel is a must; SQL/Tableau is a bonus)
- Someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Ownership mindset, bias for action, and a get things done attitude
- Hungry to learn, build, and create impact
- Comfortable working in US shift timings (workday starts at 2 PM IST)
