What You Can Expect

  • Define, design, develop and deliver organizational development and learning initiatives for the India region and collaborate with colleagues globally to identify and design global needs and offerings.
  • Deliver targeted training workshops, team development sessions, and leadership and team assessment feedback and coaching (virtual and in-person).
  • Apply proven facilitation techniques for group learning and discussions, including active listening, effective questioning, role modeling key skills or behaviors, flip chart techniques, giving and receiving feedback, and coaching group activities.
  • Provide organizational development expertise for initiatives such as building high-performance teams, enhancing leader capability, improving organizational health, managing change and transitions, and driving culture transformation.
  • Design, develop, and implement OD solutions (programs, playbooks, approaches, interventions) aligned with HR and business strategies.
  • Support the development of training content and materials through direct content development and/or sourcing and selection of external content.
  • Develop methods for measuring program effectiveness collect data and track progress.
  • Use research, reporting, and analytics tools to support strategic coaching conversations with business leaders.
  • Apply project management skills to implement critical work and maintain stakeholder alignment.
  • Support change management and performance management initiatives, including analyzing team and organizational dynamics to provide recommendations.
  • Partner closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HR Business Partners on global projects or programs.
  • Evaluate and follow up on training and OD effectiveness based on defined success metrics.
  • Independently resolve problems and issues within the scope of assignments.
  • Build strong relationships with key client groups and local leaders to identify existing and emerging OD needs.
  • Support the budget process and manage resources within company guidelines.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required Master's degree preferred in Organization Development, Organizational Behavior, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a training professional or performance consultant, with a proven ability to engage, educate, influence, and inspire diverse individuals and groups of stakeholders.
  • Strong instructional background, systems thinking, and/or strategic planning experience.
  • Excellent presentation, training, and facilitation skills with both management and individual contributor audiences in a corporate environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, make decisions, and solve problems under pressure while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including effective written and verbal communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders and work collaboratively across boundaries.
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels and maintain confidentiality.
  • Program and project management experience.
  • Preferred certifications: Myers-Briggs or DISC Type Indicators Leadership and Team Assessment Tools (e.g., Hogan, Korn Ferry ILS/OCS, LPI, Thomas-Kilmann, Five Behaviors of an Effective Team).
