What You Can Expect
Facilitation and Content Development
- Facilitator and performance consultant for employee, and management development programs.
- Support the development of training content and materials
- Deliver targeted training workshops, team development sessions, break-out sessions, including the delivery of leadership and team assessment feedback and coaching (virtual and face-to-face)
- Use proven facilitation techniques for group learning and discussions, including: active listening, effective questioning, role modeling of key skills or behaviors, flip chart techniques, giving and receiving group and individual feedback, coaching of group breakout activities, table activities, peer to peer coaching, etc.
- Deliver OD expertise for a variety of needs including building high performance teams, leader capability, org health, change and transition management, culture transformation
- Design, develop and implement OD solutions, (programs, playbooks, approaches, interventions) aligned with HR and business strategies
- Develop methods for measuring effectiveness of programs; Collect data and track progress
- Use available research, reporting and analytics tools to have strategic coaching conversations with business leaders
- Apply project management skills to implement critical work; Maintain stakeholder alignment
- Provide support for change management and performance management initiatives which may include analyzing team/org dynamics and work processes to determine recommendations
- Partner closely with COEs and the HRBP community on global projects or programs
- Be accountable for evaluation and follow-up of training and OD effectiveness based on defined project success metrics.
- Independently resolve problems and issues within the scope of assignments.
- Build strong relationships with key client groups, and local leaders to identify existing and emerging organization development needs.
- Collaborate with your global L&D colleagues to identify and design global needs and offerings.
- Support the budget process and prudently manage resources within the company budgetary guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelors required, Masters desired in Organization Development/Behavior, Education or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years as a professional facilitator/performance consultant, with the proven ability to engage, educate, influence, and inspire diverse individuals and groups of stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation, training and facilitation skills with both management and individual contributor audiences in a corporate environment.
- Deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects, make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across diverse range of stakeholders and to work across boundaries
- Strong instructional background, systems thinking and/or strategic planning experience
- Excellent prioritization and organization skills
- The ability to deal effectively with the employees in a professional manner and maintain confidentiality.
- Program and project management experience.
- Ideally, certified in Myers Briggs or DISC Type Indicators.
- Ideally, certified in Leadership and Team Assessment Tools (Hogan, Korn Ferry ILS/OCS or LPI, Thomas-Killmann, Five Behaviors of An effective Team)
