What You'll Do

As an HR Senior Product Analyst within BCG's HR IT Systems Group, you will play a key role in the global implementation of our vendor management and external workforce system i.e. SAP Fieldglass. Working closely with the Transformation Product Owner, you'll act as a functional expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support requirements, analyze, design, and implement system solutions that align with business goals and compliance standards.

You will help translate business objectives into scalable system solutions that support global contingent workforce and services procurement processes.

You'll collaborate with Product teams, IT colleagues, and HR stakeholders globally to continuously improve Fieldglass ability to meet evolving business needs in external workforce management.

You will also contribute to the strategic roadmap for Fieldglass, enabling more effective engagement of contingent labor and services procurement while enhancing user satisfaction and data-driven insights.

Among your responsibilities, you will:

  • Gather and document global and regional business requirements
  • Support design workshops and process mapping sessions
  • Translate functional requirements into detailed configuration specifications
  • Support system integrations with Workday, SAP S4HANA, and Coupa
  • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and SIT
  • Validate data migration and perform reconciliation activities
  • Assist in preparing deployment documentation and hypercare support
  • Maintain comprehensive functional documentation


What You'll Bring

  • 5-8 years in HR systems, VMS, procurement systems, or business systems as business analyst or support role
  • 2+ years Hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass in an analyst or support capacity is required
  • Experience participating in at least one SaaS implementation preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong background in HR operations, especially around contingent workforce or vendor management
  • Proven experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into system specifications
  • Skilled in creating functional documentation and understanding technical implications of proposed changes
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess design changes from a system-wide perspective
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build partnerships with internal stakeholders
  • Experience managing application configurations and executing thorough test plans
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, analytics, and presentation
  • Familiarity with data privacy practices, especially as they relate to external workforce data
  • Experience in a global and agile working environment is preferred
  • Knowledge of system integrations, especially with procurement platforms like coupa or HRIS systems like Workday is a plus

  • Other members of the transformation team, including support teams
  • Global HR, procurement, Finance and data stakeholders managing contingent labor, vendor relationships and payments.
  • Agile delivery teams, including developers, QA, product owners, and change managers
  • External partners like implementation partner, MSP and technical teams supporting SAP Fieldglass integrations

  • Demonstrating strong critical thinking skills when evaluating the broader impacts of system changes
  • Working in fast-paced transformation environments
  • Managing and prioritizing backlog items using tools like Jira, ensuring timely delivery through agile sprint cycles
  • Staying up to date with SAP Fieldglass trends, releases, and best practices to recommend future improvements
