Job Description

Maintain general accounting systems, policies, and procedures to ensure that proper information is reported in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

As a member of the finance division, you will assist in accounting functions which may include general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and inter-company transactions. Maintain the general ledger to include the preparation of journal entries, analysis, reconciliation and reporting. Maintain and implement general accounting systems. Conduct account reconciliation periodically, ledger close activities, and provide accurate financial data to support management in decision making. Develop and prepare financial reports including profit and loss, income and balance sheet statements. Review and analyze inter-company transactions. Ensure all journal entries comply with internal and external audit specifications. Participate in the ongoing development and maintenance of internal procedures and processes. May participate in special projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and enhance reporting frameworks for cloud asset controls, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability.
  • Identify and implement AI and advanced analytics solutions to modernize reporting and improve insights.
  • Support GCO and LOB initiatives by aligning reporting outputs with control and business requirements.
  • Lead innovation efforts, experimenting with new tools and approaches to improve reporting capabilities.
  • Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate across teams to integrate reporting solutions with enterprise systems.
  • Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and continuously refine reporting outputs.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in Reporting, Analytics, Finance, or related fields.
  • CA/CMA with 6+ years of post-qualification experience
  • Expertise in Data Analytics, Visualization tools, and Reporting platforms.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in finance or asset management.
  • Experience working with large-scale enterprise data environments.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
