Job Responsibilities

Job Summary
The Global Process Architect supports the governance, development, and continuous improvement of end-to-end enterprise processes. This role focuses on delivering value through process oversight, requirements gathering, improvement, and integration to enable consistent and efficient service delivery. Working closely with business leaders, Centers of Excellence (COEs), sub-process owners, and key stakeholders, the Process Architect applies process, system, Agile delivery, and change management expertise to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience. The role balances analytical thinking with hands-on execution, aligning processes, data, technology (including Workday), and policies across the organization while managing competing priorities.
Core Responsibilities
  • Support the development and communication of a clear vision for end-to-end processes, including associated data, policy, system, and technology considerations, maintaining a future-focused perspective
  • Conduct system and business requirements gathering by partnering with stakeholders to document current-state processes, define future-state requirements, and translate business needs into functional requirements for HR systems, including Workday
  • Review end-to-end process performance and support governance activities related to process adoption, system utilization, and business demand
  • Support global deployment and adoption of end-to-end processes, enabling regional and local customization as required
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized pipeline of process, system, and capability improvements assist in building Agile-based business cases and delivery roadmaps that quantify cost, benefits, and value
  • Participate in Agile project delivery activities, including backlog refinement, user story development, sprint planning, stakeholder collaboration, and iterative process and system enhancements
  • Apply structured change management methodologies (e.g., change impact analysis, stakeholder assessments, communication and training planning) to support successful adoption of process and system changes
  • Identify process, system, and data risks that may impact global operations and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Support the development and maintenance of governance frameworks to monitor process adherence, system configuration compliance, and data integrity across regions
  • Stay informed on process improvement, Agile delivery, HR technology (including Workday), and change management leading practices
  • Collaborate with corporate functions and HR stakeholders to ensure updates to policies, procedures, systems, and processes are implemented effectively, with a strong focus on employee experience
  • Partner with data owners and stewards to identify and resolve process, reporting, and data-related issues within Workday and related HR applications
  • Collaborate with HR Reporting & Analytics teams and/or COEs to support the development and operationalization of reporting and analytics that measure the effectiveness and efficiency of process and system improvements
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and iterative delivery
  • Build effective working relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization
Qualifications
Education Requirements
  • Required:Bachelor's degree in Management, Operations, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Additional Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experiencein process design, process improvement, and/or project management
  • 3-5 years of experienceperformingbusiness and system requirements gathering, including documentation of functional and non-functional requirements
  • 3-5 years of experienceworking with HR technology, with demonstratedhands-on Workday experience(e.g., HCM, Business Process Framework, reporting, or configurations)
  • 3-5 years of experienceapplyingAgile or hybrid Agile project management methodologiesin a business or HR operations environment
  • 3-5 years of experiencesupporting or applyingchange management methodologiesto drive adoption of process and system changes
  • Working knowledge of Agile tools and practices (e.g., user stories, backlogs, sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
  • Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
