Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve global business objectives.
- Lead and manage the P&L for private labelling to ensure targets are met consistently.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in private labelling within the FMCG - Food sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Private Label Sales Head should have:
- 17+ years of experience in managing private label for FMCG globally.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
- Proficiency in using sales analytics and CRM tools.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
