  • To lead global sales for a large organisation in the B2B Food industry.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve global business objectives.
  • Lead and manage the P&L for private labelling to ensure targets are met consistently.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in private labelling within the FMCG - Food sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Private Label Sales Head should have:

  • 17+ years of experience in managing private label for FMCG globally.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in using sales analytics and CRM tools.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
