We are currently looking for a Demo Team Manager / Global Pre-Sales Consultant (ARIS) who will serve as a key member of the Customer Value organization, leading ARIS offshore Demo Center capability based in Chennai.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Value, this role combines people leadership with strong technical execution, ensuring that demo environments, scenarios, and supporting assets consistently reflect ARIS product excellence and value narrative.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in technical pre-sales, demo development, and client-facing environments, and will play a critical role in managing the demo portfolio, bridging business storytelling with technical execution, and ensuring high-quality, scalable demo delivery for global teams.
Essential Functions
- Lead and develop an offshore demo development team (initially 2-4 members), setting priorities, performance expectations, and quality standards while fostering ownership and continuous improvement.
- Build a structured, scalable demo portfolio capability, translating business requirements and demo concepts into executable technical plans.
- Oversee creation, configuration, and maintenance of demo environments, assets, and infrastructure, ensuring version control, stability, and alignment with product roadmap and GTM priorities.
- Deliver high-quality demos on time, with proper documentation, technical precision, and adherence to agreed standards.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and engineering teams to gather requirements, integrate roadmap changes, and act as the bridge between business storytelling and technical implementation.
- Support global teams across European and US time zones, ensuring demos are relevant and effective for diverse audiences.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, demo engineering, or enterprise software environments.
- Proven experience managing distributed or offshore technical teams.
- Strong expertise in process mining, process management, AI platforms, or related enterprise technologies.
- Experience with fast-cycle pre-sales or PoV-style projects requiring high polish and technical precision.
- Fluent English with excellent coordination, presentation, and communication skills.
- Hands-on leader capable of contributing technically while managing a team.
- Strong ownership mindset, high attention to quality and detail, and comfort operating in ambiguity with shifting priorities.
- Empathetic, culturally aware, collaborative, and globally minded.
