About the Role

As a Global HR People Analytics Specialist, you will ensure operational excellence and compliance across global HR processes and data standards. This role combines reporting and data governance to deliver insights and maintain integrity within our HR technology landscape, primarily Workday. You will collaborate closely with the HR Technology Center of Expertise (CoE) and the Central Data & analytics team to build and uphold global compliance frameworks and continuously improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting and Dashboards
    Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards in Workday to support HR and business decision-making.

  • Global Process and Data Compliance
    Monitor, enforce, and continuously improve compliance with global HR processes and data standards. Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements and internal governance policies.

  • Data Stewardship and Governance
    Validate HR data (products) for integration into enterprise platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protocols.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    Partner with the HR product manager Analytics, local and regional HR teams to align analytics initiatives with compliance objectives and business priorities.

  • Incident and Query Management
    Resolve medium to complex issues related to HR data quality, reporting, and compliance, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs.

  • Training and Enablement
    Deliver Workday reporting and compliance training to HR and maintain clear documentation.

  • Advisory and Continuous Improvement
    Act as a trusted advisor on HR data governance and compliance, driving improvements within our Service Delivery Model.

Day-to-Day Activities

  • Develop and deliver (advanced) Workday reports and dashboards.

  • Monitor global HR processes for compliance and quality assurance.

  • Manage inquiries and service requests related to HR data, reporting, and compliance.

  • Collaborate with the Data Platform team to implement HR analytics use cases.

  • Participate in global HR technology and compliance projects.

  • You will be a member of the Global HR Specialists team and on a daily basis work closely with the HR product manager Analytics.

Your Profile

  • Education
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Experience

    • Minimum 2 years of HR analytics or data management experience, with proven expertise in Workday advanced reporting.

    • Strong background in compliance and governance of HR processes and data.

    • Familiarity with Workday HCM Core and additional modules (Learning, Talent & Performance, Recruitment) is a strong plus.

    • Experience in applying data protocols and ensuring compliance in a global context.

    • Ability to work with senior stakeholders and advise on HR process improvements in an international business environment.

  • Skills and Competencies

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

    • Service-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a global team.

    • Proficiency in English additional languages are an advantage.
