Job Description

Position: Global Partner Expansion Associate

Reports to: Sales Lead

Type: Full Time (Remote)

Location: India (preferably Delhi)

Industry: Commercial Lighting

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard international distributors, representatives and strategic partners.
  • Develop and manage strong B2B relationships across global markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify expansion opportunities and new territories.
  • Lead outreach through email, LinkedIn, virtual meetings, and calls.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and assist in drafting partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and execution.
  • Track KPIs and submit structured performance reports to the Sales Lead.
  • Contribute actively to revenue growth and global market penetration strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven commercial experience in developing partnerships or B2B business expansion.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage international time zones.
  • Target-driven, proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in lighting, manufacturing, construction or industrial sectors is an advantage.

Qualifications:

  • MBA preferred (Business, Marketing, International Business, or related field).
  • Must have commercial experience of working or developing partnerships.
  • Demonstrated track record in channel sales or global business expansion.

Salary: 40,000 to 50,000 INR per month

Additional pay: 2 Bonuses tied to performance
