Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Immigration / Global Mobility Specialist to handle end-to-end immigration processes for international employees. The ideal candidate will manage visa preparation, documentation, compliance, and coordination with employees, government agencies, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end immigration processes (Visa, Work Permit, Sponsorship, Transfers).
- Prepare, review, and submit immigration documents for multiple countries.
- Coordinate with employees, HR, legal teams, and external immigration partners.
- Ensure compliance with global immigration laws and company policies.
- Track and maintain immigration records, document expiry dates, and renewals.
- Support global mobility activities such as relocation, onboarding, and travel documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee immigration data.
- Provide timely updates and guidance to employees throughout the immigration journey.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR / Business / Law or related field.
- 45+ years of experience in immigration or global mobility operations.
- Knowledge of US, UK, Canada, EU, or APAC immigration processes (as required).
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
