1. Processing of visa application for USA region with 100% compliance
2. System adherence within the predefined SLA and high- quality output with Zero defects
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers
4. Reviewing visa applications, petitions, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
5. Immigration domain knowledge specific to H1B and L1 Visa
6. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
7. Scheduling call with customers, answering queries, and guiding applicants on required documentation.
