Job Description

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives in the manufacturing sector.
  • Oversee O2C, R2R, P2P & SAP Implementation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal financial requirements.
  • Provide leadership to the accounting and finance department to optimize performance.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the food manufacturing segment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support business decisions and strategy development.
  • Manage and improve internal financial controls and processes.
  • Lead financial reporting to ensure accuracy and transparency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should be:

  • CA with 15 + years of work experience
  • Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
