Job Summary:The Global Learning Administrator is responsible for the end-to-end management of training within the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS). This role serves as a critical link between global and local training owners, overseeing the accurate assignment of curricula and ensuring system integrity across the network. By providing technical troubleshooting, supporting system implementations, and upholding GxP data integrity standards, you will ensure that Lonza's workforce remains compliant and audit-ready in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.Key Responsibilities:
Training Administration: Assign and manage training curricula and learning items in Cornerstone. Ensure timely and accurate assignments aligned to specific roles and job functions.
LMS Data Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date user records and learning objects. Perform regular data quality checks to ensure system integrity and support mass data uploads or changes.
Curricula & Learning Object Management: Create and maintain curricula in alignment with global standards. Drive the simplification of training structures to reduce duplication and improve clarity for end-users.
User Support & Issue Resolution: Act as first-line support for global and local users regarding LMS queries (access, assignments, completions). Respond to support tickets and escalate complex technical issues to IT or system owners as needed.
Reporting & Monitoring: Generate and distribute compliance metrics and training reports. Monitor completion rates and proactively follow up on overdue training to mitigate compliance risks.
eLearning & Digital Content Support: Support the upload, testing, and deployment of digital content (e.g., Articulate/SCORM). Ensure all materials are correctly configured and accessible within the LMS.
Audit & Inspection Readiness: Support preparation for internal audits and regulatory inspections by providing necessary training documentation and highlighting potential compliance risks.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system harmonization and process improvements across the Learning Administrator network. Support the review and testing of new system releases.
Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as required to support the Head of Learning Management and broader project delivery.
Key Requirements:Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree required.
Advanced experience (5–10 years) in the administration of Learning Management Systems, preferably at a global level.
Extensive experience (10+ years) working within a GMP-regulated environment (Pharma/Biotech).
Strong understanding of ERES (Electronic Records and Electronic Signatures) principles and data integrity.
Skills & Attributes:
High technical proficiency with global enterprise applications (specifically Cornerstone LMS).
Ability to construct logical statements for complex training assignments and reporting.
Meticulous attention to detail with a Right First Time mindset.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact successfully across diverse cultures and functions.
Language: Business fluent in English.
