This Position reports to:

We are building a modern, scalable global identity platform to support ABB Robotics hybrid workforce across more than 50 countries and 150 sites. In this senior role, you will own the design, evolution, and operational excellence of our Identity & Access Management (IAM) landscape. You will combine strategic architectural leadership with handson technical oversight to ensure secure, reliable, and compliant identity services.

The position is global and the preferred locations are Poland, India, Spain, Italy, Sweden and China.

Your responsibilities:

Your background:

• 7+ years of experience in IAM, identity architecture, or security engineering.

• Proven experience shaping enterprise IAM platforms in complex global environments.

• Strong expertise in Azure AD / Entra ID and hybrid identity architectures.

• Solid understanding of modern authentication and federation (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).

• Experience with IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Keycloak, SailPoint).

• Strong grasp of security best practices, compliance, and audit readiness.

• Ability to operate effectively at both architectural and operational levels.

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder influence.
