About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and skilled professional to join us as a Global HR Partner. With 7+ years of progressive international HR experience, this role will serve as a strategic partner to designated global business leaders while executing all critical HR operational functions across our diverse, multi-country workforce. This role requires the ability to transition seamlessly between strategic HR consulting and hands-on generalist responsibilities, ensuring both business objectives and compliance standards are met worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Partnership
- Serve as the trusted HR Partner to senior leaders in assigned global functions, translating business goals into executable HR strategies and initiatives.
- Proactively analyze business needs and workforce data (turnover, engagement, performance) to identify organizational design, talent gaps and change management opportunities.
- Drive the annual Talent Review and Succession Planning process within partnered business units across all geographies.
- Lead and manage major organizational design and restructuring projects, ensuring legal compliance and minimal disruption across different regions.
Global HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage complex, multi-country Employee Relations issues, including internal investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations, ensuring strict adherence to local labor laws and cultural considerations.
- Coordinating with internal teams like Recruitment, HRBPs, IT, Admin, HR Operations. etc.
- Administer and ensure global compliance for core HR processes, including leaves of absence (e.g., Medical leaves, Paternity/Maternity leave specific to each country), working hours, and wage regulations.
- Oversee the management of Compensation and Benefits packages for the global team, leveraging external partners (PEOs/EORs, benefits brokers) to ensure market competitiveness and legal compliance in all operating countries.
- Maintain the integrity of the Global HRIS, ensuring data compliance with international regulations (like GDPR) and providing timely, actionable reports to business leaders.
- Generate comprehensive reports on key global HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, and labor costs by country.
Talent Acquisition and Management
- Partner with global leaders and hiring managers to manage end-to-end hiring across EMEA, APAC, LATAM.
- Design and execute global sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-performing talent.
- Manage candidate screening, interviews, offer negotiations and onboarding.
- Coach and consult with global managers on all aspects of the Performance Management Cycle, including objective setting, coaching for development, and managing low performers effectively in various legal frameworks.
- Design and facilitate targeted training and development programs (e.g., leadership development, unconscious bias training) that are sensitive to and effective in cross-cultural settings.
Requirements:
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, with a proven track record as HR Manager capacity for a multi-national organization.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of common international labor law and experience navigating employment contracts, labor relations, and compliance across key global regions (e.g., EMEA, APAC, LATAM).
- Education: Master's degree in HR or a related field. Global HR Certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to influence and partner at the senior leadership level. Strong analytical skills to use data for strategic decision-making. Excellent communication across diverse cultures and time zones.
