We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Head of Internal Audit to lead the internal audit function across all regions. This role is pivotal in ensuring robust governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks. The successful candidate will partner closely with senior leadership to provide assurance and advisory services that strengthen business performance and safeguard assets.

Responsibilities

As the Global Head of Internal Audit, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global audit strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements. You will lead and manage a multi-regional audit team, fostering a culture of integrity and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include overseeing risk-based audit planning, execution, and reporting for all business units, providing independent assurance on internal controls and advising senior management and the Audit Committee on emerging risks and best practices. Additionally, you will drive digital transformation within the audit function by leveraging data analytics and automation tools.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, with professional certifications such as CPA or CIA preferred. You should have at least 15 years of experience in internal audit, including a minimum of five years in a global leadership role. Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain processes and regulations is essential. You must demonstrate the ability to influence senior stakeholders, implement risk management frameworks and lead change in complex, matrix organisations. Experience with audit technology and data analytics solutions will be highly valued.
