Job Title: Global Head of Delivery – Digital & AI Services
Location: India
Reporting To: Chief Customer / Growth Leadership
Role Summary
Lead and grow the Digital & AI Services business from
$8M to $25M. Own delivery, support presales, and drive AI-led transformation across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own P&L and revenue growth for Digital & AI services
- Partner with Sales on presales and deal shaping
- Drive AI-first delivery models (automation, AI, Agentic AI)
- Build and scale AI-based solutions and offerings
- Ensure high-quality, predictable global delivery
- Manage client relationships and improve customer satisfaction
- Build and lead strong global delivery teams
Key Requirements
- 15–20+ years of experience in IT / Digital services
- Proven experience in delivery leadership and P&L ownership
- Strong presales and client-facing skills
- Exposure to AI / Digital transformation programs
- Experience managing global teams
Success Metrics
- Revenue growth to $25M
- Strong pipeline and deal wins
- Improved margins and delivery quality
- High customer satisfaction (>95%)
