Job Description

  • Define and execute a global L&D strategy aligned with business priorities and future workforce needs.
  • Lead transformation initiatives using automation, analytics, and behavioral insights.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align L&D outcomes with enterprise priorities.
  • Establish governance, SLAs, operating rhythms, and regional scorecards for consistent global delivery.
  • Implement and optimize enterprise-wide LMS and AI-driven learning platforms.
  • Enhance platform adoption through change management, engagement campaigns, and usability improvements.
  • Design personalized journeys using analytics, skill-gap assessments, and role-based learning pathways.
  • Develop scalable leadership, functional, and future-skills academies.
  • Build learning pathways for early talent, mid-career professionals, and leadership succession.
  • Define and track KPIs such as platform adoption, completion rates, proficiency shift, and ROI.
  • Use analytics and feedback loops to continuously refine programs.
  • Publish quarterly L&D impact dashboards for leadership visibility.

The Successful Applicant


A successful applicant should have:

  • 20+ years in Learning & Development, including 8-10 years in global leadership roles.
  • Proven success implementing LMS and AI-driven learning systems at scale.
  • Experience in behavioral assessments; Hogan or similar certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in driving adoption, gamifying learning, and scaling programs globally.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep expertise in learning technologies, analytics, and skills taxonomies.
