Get to work with one of the largest manufacturing GCC in India
Get to set up the Data Team from scratch.

Job Description

Define and lead the enterprise-wide data & analytics strategy, aligning it with global business and digital objectives.
Drive data-driven transformation by building scalable data platforms, governance frameworks, and high-quality data products.
Ensure compliance with global data regulations and standards while embedding secure, ethical, and well-governed data practices.
Collaborate with C-suite leaders, business units, and IT to translate data into actionable insights and business value.
Foster a data-driven culture by enhancing data & AI literacy, developing talent, and enabling organization-wide adoption.
Manage cross-functional programs, vendor partnerships, and globally distributed teams to deliver large-scale data and analytics initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Global Head of Data and Analytics should have:

A postgraduate degree in data science, analytics, engineering, or a related field.
Proven expertise in leading data analytics initiatives within the engineering industry.
Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire a diverse team.
Proficiency in advanced analytics tools and technologies.
Experience in developing and implementing data-driven strategies.
Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
An analytical mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
