Job Description – Global Front Sales

About The Role

We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Global Front Sales professional to lead international business development and customer acquisition efforts across global markets. The role involves managing front-end sales activities, developing new business opportunities, handling key international clients, and driving revenue growth for Tempsens industrial and thermal engineering solutions. Open to travel abroad and have valid passport

The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to B2B international sales, distributor management, export business, and industrial product sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global sales strategies to expand market presence across international regions.
  • Identify and onboard new customers, distributors, channel partners, and OEM clients globally.
  • Manage front-end sales discussions with overseas customers for product inquiries and technical requirements.
  • Generate leads through market research, digital platforms, trade exhibitions, and business networking.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and techno-commercial offers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as engineering, production, logistics, and commercial operations for smooth order execution.
  • Build long-term relationships with international customers and key accounts.
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, delivery schedules, and contract agreements.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand across industries.
  • Represent the company in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with export documentation, Incoterms, and international trade processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical / electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics / MBA (Sales & Marketing).
  • Proven experience in international B2B sales / export sales / global front sales.
  • Experience in industrial products, engineering solutions, temperature sensing, heating solutions, or specialized cables preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent client handling and presentation capabilities.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting.
  • Understanding of export documentation and global commercial terms.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Open to travel abroad and have valid passport
