Job Title: Tele Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and converting inquiries into sales through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain company products/services and generate interest
- Convert leads into successful sales
- Maintain customer database and update records regularly
- Follow up on leads and ensure closure of sales
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Proven experience in tele calling or tele sales (preferred)
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
- Fluent in Hindi/English (additional languages like Gujarati preferred)
