What You'll Do

Founded in 2022, the Enterprise Services (ES) organization delivers efficient, resilient, and scalable services globally, supporting BCG's diverse teams. It is an evolving BCG organization that is predominantly focused on providing Global Business Services (GBS) activities to every part of BCG. It includes a range of business-critical services and expertise, including Global Finance & Operations Services (GF&OS), Procurement & Payables, Travel, Meetings & Events, Case Team Services, ClientView (Lead-to-Cash), Real Estate, Executive Support Services, and Business Insights and Analytics supported by transversal expertise in our product portfolios and excellence functions.


The Global Finance & Operations Senior Manager - Knowledge Enablement & Policy Management is accountable for maintaining the integrity, quality, and usability of BCG policies and policy related documents within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform. This role ensures that all policies at BCG are governed consistently, accurately maintained, properly classified, and discoverable through internal AI solutions.


Working closely with policy owners and subject matter experts, this role acts as both a governance lead and a content librarian, ensuring policies are current, compliant, and supported by high-quality metadata and lifecycle management.


Key Responsibilities

Policy Governance & Lifecycle Management

  • Enforce policy governance standards around ownership, policy clarity, metadata tagging, and classification.
  • Ensure adherence to review cadences, version control, approval workflows, and retention rules.

DAM Administration & Content Librarian

  • Serve as the primary steward of policy content within the DAM platform through review of new policy additions, policy content changes, and approving policy ownership changes.
  • Ensure policies are correctly structured, tagged, categorized, and linked using standardized metadata.
  • Enabling resolution of overlaps across global / local policy variants through collaboration with policy owners and functional leadership.
  • Monitor and improve content quality, accuracy, and usability.

Metadata and Taxonomy

  • Define and maintain policy taxonomies, naming conventions, and metadata standards. Leverage enterprise taxonomies where possible through partnership with Enterprise Data team
  • Refine metadata models to support business change, regulatory, operational, and user needs.

Stakeholder & SME Collaboration

  • Work directly with policy owners and subject-matter experts across functions and geographies.
  • Act as a central point of coordination between policy stakeholders and product teams

Compliance, Risk & Audit Support

  • Track policy exceptions, deviations, and dependencies where required.
  • Generate reports and dashboards on policy status, review cycles, and compliance metrics.

Continuous Improvement & Enablement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline policy processes using DAM capabilities and automation.
  • Develop and deliver training and guidance for policy owners and contributors.
  • Enforce adoption of the DAM as the authoritative policy repository


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business, Data Management or other related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in content governance, policy management, knowledge management, or DAM (data asset management) administration.
  • Hands-on experience working with DAM, content management systems, or document repositories.
  • Strong understanding of governance models, version control, and content lifecycle management.
  • Experience working in a complex, global organization.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
