Global Enterprise Solutions Lead

A Global Enterprise Solutions Lead JD focuses on leading and implementing large-scale transformation initiatives across a global organization to improve business processes, systems, and performance. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business needs, designing and implementing solutions, managing change, and overseeing project risk and success measurement. This role requires strong leadership, technical and business acumen, and experience with project lifecycle management, from initial discovery to benefits realization. 

Core responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives: Manage the full lifecycle of global transformation projects, from business case and discovery through implementation and change management.
• Analyze and optimize: Analyze current business processes to find inefficiencies and recommend solutions for optimization.
• Develop and implement solutions: Convert business requirements and functional leads needs into detailed technical designs and solutions.
• Drive technology adoption: Oversee the implementation and adoption of new technologies, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Manage change: Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and functional leads to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Monitor and report: Track the progress and impact of transformation initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Mitigate risks: Identify and manage risks and obstacles that could hinder project success.
• Provide guidance: Mentor and support team members involved in the projects.
