Global Cybersecurity Solution Center Leader

Ideal Candidate:

• 10+ years of experience in:
• Industrial automation
• Networking
• Systems engineering
• 5+ years of experience in leading cross-functional, professional teams

Key Responsibilities:

Team & Operations Leadership

• Lead and manage a team of Cybersecurity Professionals
• Improve resource scalability to meet cybersecurity demands
• Establish and expand the Security Operations Centre (SOC)
• Build and lead Centers of Excellence (CoE) for cyber offerings and operations teams
• Ensure the right mix between customer-facing and remote engineering functions
• Optimize overall cost of global cybersecurity teams while meeting business needs

Strategic & Business Collaboration

• Work closely with internal Cyber Business Leaders to:
• Strategize delivery and growth plans
• Enhance customer satisfaction
• Identify and implement growth opportunities
• Actively participate in Cyber Business Growth Plans

Project Execution & Technical Excellence

• Drive Global Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence (GCSC) engagement in projects
• Deliver value through engineering excellence and support
• Improve operational KPIs: engineering volume, billability, NPS, cost control, skill development, and COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality)

Talent Development & HR

• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members
• Promote career growth, diversity, and employee retention
• Facilitate technical training via GES Academy or industry certifications
• Implement HR processes:
• Succession planning
• Performance management
• Effective communication
