Job summary:
As part of theMid -Cap segment within the Global Corporate Banking, you are responsible for managing and growing relationships with public and private companies focusing on Indian home-grown clients segment. This group provides traditional corporate banking offering and products, as well as investment banking products to its clients. You will also work closely with our business partners include product specialists ranging from Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisition, Treasury Services,Risk Managementand Private Banking in identifying and supporting needs and cross-selling opportunities.
As an analyst in this team, you will assist the senior bankers to engage and support the deal teams and accountable for pitch book preparation and transaction execution, while ensuring seamless coordination among analysts, senior deal team members, and credit underwriting.As a member of the team, you will also play an integral part in helping to originate, manage and maintain client relationships.
