What You Can Expect
The Global Capability Center (GCC) Director is responsible for end-to-end site leadership, including facilities management and overall operational stewardship, while providing solid-line people leadership and governance for the India Global Capability Center (GCC). This role ensures the physical and operational environment enables safe, compliant and efficient delivery of shared services globally.
The Director owns talent management, performance outcomes, workforce planning, and organizational health for the India GCC and partners closely with global functional leaders who assist with work direction, task prioritization, and functional expertise. Operating within a highly matrixed environment, this leader balances enterprise priorities, local execution, and cross-functional alignment to drive service excellence, engagement, and continuous improvement.

How You'll Create Impact
- Serve as the senior site leader, representing the organization externally and partnering with HR and business leaders to drive safety, engagement, and culture.
- Provide solid-line leadership for the India GCC, including performance management, recruiting, talent reviews, development planning, and employment decisions.
- Partner closely with global functional leaders who provide work direction and functional expertise, ensuring strong alignment within a matrixed operating model.
- Oversee all aspects of facilities management, including maintenance, safety, security, space planning, and regulatory compliance.
- Own site-level governance and accountability for service delivery performance, including SLAs, KPIs, risk management, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Lead budgeting and financial stewardship for facilities and site operations, driving cost optimization and value creation.
- Oversee vendor relationships and outsourced service providers, ensuring performance, compliance, and integration with shared services.
- Act as the primary escalation point for site, people, facilities, or delivery issues, leading cross-functional resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support global transformation programs impacting site operations and service delivery.

Your Background
Required
- Bachelor's Degree and 15+ years relevant experience
- Experience leading a Shared Services Center, Global Capability Center, BPO, or similarly complex global operation of 200+ FTE.
- Experience working within a matrixed global operating model.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages preferred.
Preferred
- Master's degree
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including managing managers.
- Continuous improvement experience or certification (e.g., Six Sigma).
- Experience operating within regulated or quality-driven environments (e.g., ISO standards).
