We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Global L3 Trade Floor Voice Support SME

In This Role, You Will

  • Implement effective talent management and succession planning aligned with organizational goals.
  • Translate coaching and development needs into measurable performance improvements.
  • Lead transformational change initiatives, setting priorities and tracking progress.
  • Ensure adherence to operating, data, and process standards (e.g., evergreening, Service Continuity Testing).
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in Service Management Systems.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks, ensuring clear communication to stakeholders.
  • Drive automation and integration opportunities within Realtime Communications (RTC).
  • Establish strong governance and oversight mechanisms, implementing best-practice policies and frameworks.
  • Ensure fair customer treatment and compliance with HSBC risk policies and the Three Lines of Defence framework.
  • Uphold AML, Sanctions, and Financial Crime policies, maintaining internal controls, audit readiness, and regulatory relationships.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Proven experience in a global Trade Floor environment with technical ownership.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent. Excellent English communication skills.
  • Demonstrable expertise in supporting the BT Trade (IP Trade) platform. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of voice recording solutions, especially Verint v15 & VFC. Understanding of SIP protocols for issue triage.
  • Broad and deep technology knowledge, ideally with direct Realtime Communications (RTC) experience.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical issues clearly to all levels of the organisation.
  • Gravitas and confidence in engaging with senior business management and vendors.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage changing priorities and workloads. Culturally aware, with experience working in global teams.
