- Experience in GIS Upgrade from 4.X to 5.X version
- Architectural understanding (could have played a architect lead role) in past

- Interface expertise between 2 systems (e.g SOAP interface)- Most of the development scope could be in making interfaces to connect 2 systems (GE advised GIS adapter interface not compatible with Oracle Fusion.)

- SBI experience
- Experience in particular to Utility GIS Development
