Job Title: GIS Analyst

Experience Range: 5+ years

Location: Bangalore / Pune

Job description

We are looking for a multi-skilled candidate with a GIS background for the position of a GIS Analyst or GIS. The main tasks to be handled includes data conversion and integration from various sources, data analysis, mapping, data quality assurance and control of drawings and information related to engineering/planning projects.

GIS Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in GIS, computer science, surveying, engineering or related field.
• Min. 5 years of experience in GIS of similar role
• Experience of working with GIS software, including ArcGIS Desktop (ArcMap), and ArcGIS Pro.
• Experience in CAD software including Autodesk Civil 3D
• Analytical capabilities
• Good communication and writing skills

Preferred Skills:

• Masters degree in one of the above mentioned fields
• Basic GIS programming skills (e.g. Python,..)
• Experience in BIM data integration with GI
• Implementation of GEOAI in workflows
• Experience in Lidar / point clouds survey data processing
• Experience in remote sensing and imagery manipulation
• Played a similar role in an AEC firm
