Job Title: Gift Curation & Gifting Solutions Specialist

Location: Gurgaon

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience

Role Summary:

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused professional to develop and deliver innovative gifting solutions for both corporate and wedding industry clients. The role involves conceptualizing unique gift ideas, curating products, coordinating with vendors, and managing end-to-end execution of customized gifting projects tailored to client themes, budgets, and occasions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and curate end-to-end gifting solutions for:

Corporate clients (festivals, corporate events, employee onboarding, rewards & recognition, promotions, client gifting)

Wedding industry (wedding favors, trousseau packaging, bridesmaid hampers, welcome hampers, luxury gifting, themed wedding gifts)

Conceptualize premium hampers, bespoke gift boxes, and customized packaging solutions

Align gifting concepts with brand identity, wedding themes, aesthetics, and client budgets

Manage complete execution of corporate and wedding gifting orders from ideation to delivery

Coordinate with vendors, packaging partners, designers, and logistics teams

Ensure quality control, presentation standards, and timely dispatch

Source and negotiate with vendors for gift items, dcor elements, and packaging materials

Maintain a curated database of vendors and unique gifting products

Stay updated on gifting trends, luxury packaging innovations, and emerging wedding aesthetics

Candidate Profile

26 years of experience in corporate gifting, wedding gifting, gift curation, events, or luxury merchandising

Strong creative vision with a keen eye for aesthetics and detailing

Experience in vendor sourcing, coordination, and negotiation

Good client-handling and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects, themes, and deadlines simultaneously
