• Hands-on experience in using and configuring the GhostDraft platform
• Proficient in creating, editing, and managing templates, forms, and document types
• Ensure alignment with business and regulatory requirements in all document outputs
• Document Development
• Strong skills in designing and developing complex documents using GhostDraft
• Maintain and update existing templates to meet evolving business needs
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to capture content requirements
• Technical Proficiency
• Understanding of system development, document generation logic, and database integration
• Ability to work with structured data sources and configure document automation processes
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless document integration with other systems
• Communication & Collaboration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams
• Ability to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Problem Solving & Support
• Identify and resolve document generation issues, formatting challenges, and automation bottlenecks
