You'll shape the language foundation of students preparing for global placements — making this a high-impact, student-facing role. - Track student progress with timely feedback and reporting
- Conduct mock-drills, activities and role-plays as per Stanora's curriculum
- Prepare students for external certifications and international communication standards
- Coordinate with the Location Support Executive on attendance, scheduling, and daily operations at the centre
- Focus on practical communication skills
- Support students in exam preparation, discipline, and consistency
- Collaborate with program team on curriculum administration and outcomes
- Requirements
- Proficiency in German at B2 or C1 level; certification from Goethe Institute or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a structured language training or institute environment
- Strong command over grammar, pronunciation, and exam formats
- Experience with Goethe / TELC exam preparation
- Strong communication and classroom management skills; ability to engage mixed-proficiency learners
- High accountability for student outcomes (not just teaching hours)
- Ability to motivate and push students in rigorous programs
- Structured, disciplined, and result-oriented approach
- Comfort with performance tracking and reporting
