About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified and passionate German Language Trainer to teach B1-level learners. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to help students achieve their language proficiency goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily 4-hour training sessions focusing on B1-level German (speaking, reading, writing, and listening).
- Prepare lesson plans, exercises, and learning material as per the B1 curriculum.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback for improvement.
- Maintain a structured approach to teaching and ensure all topics are covered within the course duration.
- Foster an interactive and motivating classroom environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree or certification in German language training.
- Must hold or have completed B2 or higher level from Goethe-Institut or equivalent.
- Previous experience teaching German (preferably at B1 level).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle both in-person and online training sessions if needed.
Compensation:
- Salary on a per-hour basis (rate to be discussed during the interview).
Schedule:
- 4 hours daily (timing flexible as per batch requirement).
