We are seeking a Geophysicist specializing in Seismic Acquisition to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-12 years of experience in seismic surveys and data analysis, contributing to our exploration and evaluation efforts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct seismic acquisition surveys to collect data for geophysical analysis.
- Analyze and interpret seismic data to determine subsurface geological structures.
- Collaborate with geologists and other geophysicists to evaluate data and make recommendations.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations summarizing findings and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices during field operations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Geophysics, Geology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in seismic data acquisition techniques and equipment.
- Experience with data processing software such as SeisWorks, GeoQuest, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work in field conditions and travel as required.
