Salary 85,000 to 90,000 per month
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Integrate and manage open-source GIS tools such as Leaflet.js or OpenLayers into the core platform.
- Develop interactive map-based interfaces with layered data overlays and custom markers.
- Build geospatial dashboards with visual insights such as proximity analysis, clustering, and heatmaps.
- Implement advanced geospatial analytics algorithms to analyze spatial relationships, trends, and events.
- Work with GeoJSON, spatial APIs, and external geodata sources for live and static mapping services.
- Collaborate with backend teams to retrieve spatial data and display it contextually on the map.
- Create modules for Commanders Screen and COIP view, enabling geospatial dashboards for different military command levels.
- Ensure that geospatial layers and analytics tools work both online and offline using lightweight hybrid solutions.
- Assist in creating map-based decision support and strategic planning modules with real-time data overlays.
Qualification
Graduate BE/B.Tech in IT/Computer Science and Postgraduate - MCA/MTech with specialization in computers /electronics /IT or M.Sc.in CS/IT, GIS Certificate or Diploma or Degree
