Job Description

  • Design, implement, maintain, and optimize call routing strategies for enterprise contact center platforms.
  • Manage Genesys Engage and Genesys Cloud CX routing configurations to support voice and digital channels.
  • Ensure platform stability, performance, and adherence to SLAs through proactive monitoring and tuning.
  • Support integration and automation initiatives across contact center solutions.

Key Responsibilities Genesys Engage:

  • Configure and optimize routing strategies using Genesys Composer.
  • Manage Genesys Engage components including URS, ORS, Stat Server, and SIP Server.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into routing workflows.
  • Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning activities.
  • Monitor system health, alarms, and compliance with SLAs.
  • Troubleshoot routing flows and platform issues using logs and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities Genesys Cloud CX:

  • Configure and manage users, roles, and permissions.
  • Set up queues, skills-based routing, and interaction flows.
  • Design and maintain Architect flows for inbound and outbound IVR and bots.
  • Configure interaction routing for voice, email, and chat channels.
  • Manage phone numbers, DIDs, and trunk configurations.
  • Develop routing logic using Architect and flow builder tools.
  • Work with APIs, webhooks, and Lambda functions for integrations.

Genesys IVR Responsibilities:

  • Design IVR flows using diagramming tools such as Visio.
  • Develop IVR call flows using Genesys Composer.
  • Support IVR enhancements and optimizations.
  • Work with Java and Spring Boot applications integrated with Genesys platforms.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong understanding of contact center technologies and routing concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with Genesys Engage, Genesys Administrator, CME, and SIP.
  • Practical experience with Genesys Cloud CX and Architect.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
