Typical work week looks like:
- Prompt Development & Optimization: Design, test, and refine prompts for various LLM applications, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and contextually relevant outpu
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, domain experts, and clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective LLM solutio
- Framework Development: Contribute to building scalable prompt engineering frameworks and libraries that promote reusability across multiple projects and use cases
- Integration Support: Collaborate with software development teams to seamlessly integrate LLM capabilities into applications and workflows.
- Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve prompt performance based on user feedback and output quality metrics.
- Innovation & Research: Stay current with latest developments in LLM technology, prompt engineering techniques, and AI best practices
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of prompt patterns, best practices, and use case implementations to build organizational knowledge
Our ideal candidate should have
- Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy)
- Prior work on NLP, chatbots, or conversational AI projects.
- Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering tools and platforms.
- Understanding of model fine-tuning and evaluation techniques.
- Experience in client-facing roles or consulting.
