Job description
We are currently seeking a talented Backend Engineer with a strong background in Node.js/Python and a keen interest and experience in Generative AI to join our dynamic team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend services using Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven features into our products.
- Stay abreast of developments in Generative AI, including models like LAMA, RAG, and ChatGPT, and explore their applications in our projects.
- Develop and implement algorithms based on Generative AI models to enhance the capabilities of our products.
- Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to integrate AI models into the backend infrastructure.
- Conduct research and experiments to explore new ways of leveraging Generative AI for content generation, data augmentation, and other innovative applications.
- Monitor the performance of AI-driven features and continuously optimize them for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure code quality, security, and scalability through best practices and code reviews.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-4 years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on Node.js.
- Proven expertise in building and maintaining high-performance, scalable backend systems.
- Familiarity with Generative AI technologies, including models like LAMA, RAG, OpenAI, and ChatGPT.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI concepts and architectures, including transformers, attention mechanisms, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming.
- Proficiency in database technologies (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, and testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
