Role Overview

We are hiring an AI Lead who is highly hands-on and can rapidly convert ideas into working prototypes. This role will drive the technical execution of AI pilots, including building pipelines, integrating LLMs, and delivering scalable solutions

.Experience

• 9-14 years of experience
• Strong hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering and backend development

Key Responsibilitie

• sDesign and build AI pipelines, agents, and workflow
• sDevelop backend services and APIs for AI application
• sCreate quick UI demos and prototypes for validatio
• nIntegrate LLMs, APIs, and enterprise data source
• sLead technical execution of AI pilots and POC
• sCollaborate with Pod Leads to translate requirements into working system

sCore Skills & Technologie

• sStrong proficiency in Pytho
• nExperience with FastAPI / Flas
• kHands-on with LangGraph / CrewAI (or similar agent frameworks
• )Experience building RAG pipelines and working with vector database
• sStrong understanding of prompt engineering and LLM orchestratio
• nExperience in cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP
