Job Title: AI Agent Developer / Generative AI Engineer

Location: Noida (or as applicable)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Agent Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent agentic systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building multi-agent architectures, working with cutting-edge frameworks, and developing scalable AI solutions using modern tools like LangChain and OpenAI SDKs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents and multi-agent systems for complex, real-world use cases
• Develop solutions using LLM-based architectures and integrate them into enterprise workflows
• Build and optimize workflows using agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI Agent SDK)
• Implement prompt engineering strategies, including prompt tuning and chaining techniques
• Design and manage agent memory, context handling, and reasoning capabilities
• Evaluate LLM performance using evaluation methodologies and benchmarking techniques
• Integrate AI models with cloud platforms such as Azure AI Foundry
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and governance of AI systems

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in AI Agent Development
• Proficiency in building and managing Multi-Agent Systems
• In-depth understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI Agent SDK
• Strong expertise in LangChain or similar frameworks
• Advanced Prompt Engineering skills
• Knowledge of LLM evaluation methods and performance tuning
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks
• Expertise in Prompt design and memory management

Good to Have

• Experience with vector databases and embeddings
• Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures
• Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment pipelines
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
