Generative AI Developer

Location: PAN India

We are seeking a skilled GenAI Developer to join our dynamic team having 5+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of AI and machine learning, with particular expertise in integrating OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, and agentic AI frameworks. This role also requires experience in Azure deployment of AI solutions and modern Autogen-based architectures for building intelligent multi-agent systems.

Design Architecture & Solution(Must-Have)

• End-to-end solution design and user experience expertise
• Demonstrated ability to analyze requirements and recommend multiple, well-structured solution designs aligned with business objectives

Azure AI(Must-Have)

• Strong experience with Azure AI services
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure AI Foundry

Agentic AI(Must-Have)

• Proficiency in Copilot Studio for building agentic workflows and automation
• Hands on experience with Tools and Topics
• Expertise in prompt engineering

Data Engineering(Must-Have)

• Expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Databricks
• Strong command of SQL and PySpark for data processing and transformation

Data Science(Preferred)

• Familiarity with model creation, training, and evaluation
• Understanding of statistical methods and machine learning principles

Power Platform(Preferred)

• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate

Ability to design low-code/no-code solutions for business workflows

Your Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in AI, ML, or a related technical field.

Prior experience in chatbot development for customer service or enterprise use cases.

Certification(s) in Microsoft Azure, OpenAI, or machine learning technologies.

Experience deploying and managing OpenAI solutions in Azure environments.

Familiarity with RAG architectures, Azure AI Search, and blob storage indexing.

Knowledge of Copilot Studio, Power Platform AI builder, or Conversational AI tools
