Job Title: Generalist - Marketing, Operations & Product

Location: Onsite (Gurugram, Haryana)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Generalist role based in Gurugram. The Generalist will manage and execute diverse tasks, spanning across operational, administrative, and strategic activities to support the organization's day-to-day functions. Responsibilities include coordinating and assisting in various departments, formulating effective processes, problem-solving, and ensuring smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining organizational performance and help drive the company's mission forward.

Roles and Responsibilties:

  • Execute and manage marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, etc.)
  • Drive lead generation, engagement, and conversion optimization
  • Coordinate with content and design teams for campaign execution
  • Track and analyze key metrics (leads, CAC, conversions, retention)
  • Manage student communities and improve engagement
  • Handle CRM, lead flow, and student onboarding processes
  • Identify operational gaps and improve internal workflows
  • Coordinate across tech, marketing, and academic teams for smooth execution
  • Work with tech to improve app/website experience
  • Identify user pain points through data and feedback
  • Assist in defining and implementing product improvements and features
  • Support product launches and new initiatives
  • Run experiments on funnels, user journeys, and engagement 

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in general business operations and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication proficiency
  • Adaptability to take on different tasks and a proactive approach to responsibilities
  • Experience with basic computer applications and tools like MS Office is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage interpersonal relationships
  • Any prior experience in education or e-learning industries is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field
