Job Role Responsibilities
- Perform surgical procedures for a wide range of medical conditions including gastrointestinal, trauma, hernia, appendectomy, and other general surgeries.
- Conduct pre-operative and post-operative patient consultations.
- Diagnose and manage surgical emergencies and critical care cases.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, physicians, and other specialists for multidisciplinary care.
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and adherence to hospital protocols.
- Maintain accurate medical records and provide detailed surgical notes.
- Counsel patients and families regarding surgical options, risks, and recovery plans.
