About the Role

Himalayan Adhesives Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven General Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations across North India. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry expertise, proven leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business targets
  • Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams to maximize performance
  • Expand dealer/distributor network and strengthen channel partnerships
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
  • Drive key account management and build long-term client relationships
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain healthy credit cycles
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for branding and demand generation
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 15+ years in sales, with at least 10 years in a leadership role
  • Strong experience in building materials, adhesives, construction chemicals, or related industry preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large teams
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multi-region sales operations and channel management
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation

  • Salary: ₹4 – ₹8 Lakhs per month (Negotiable based on experience and profile)
